I have a Sony TV with HDTV capabilities. Not HD ready what DVD player do i need?

I want to get a DVD player that has built in hd so dvd ‘s note that will be in HD. Please mantengala simple this stuff confuses him. I need something certain and no more than $ 200.00 Why kind? And where can I buy it? Thank you
